Returns

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
Please do not send anything without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Without Return
In certain situations — such as damaged, or defective — we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring a return.
This decision is made case by case and is at our discretion.
