Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently ship only within the UK. Stay tuned — we might expand soon.

What are your shipping rates?

Free UK Delivery on orders above £50! Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on stock location and carrier.

We know waiting isn’t fun, but rest assured — every order comes with tracking info so you can follow your goodies on their way to you.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

My order is missing.
Please contact us support@thecasualpanic.comwithin 14 days of your order date and we will investigate it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please note that once an order has been placed we start working on it right away! If you want to make a change or cancellation, email support@thecasualpanic.com as soon as possible, and we'll be able to help as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I use a discount or voucher code?
Enter your code at checkout — it’s case sensitive, and your total will automatically update.

How do I care for my wellness items?

  • Weighted blankets & pillows: Spot clean or machine wash covers only.

  • Sleep masks & sensory tools: Hand wash gently and air dry.

  • Posture supports & wearables: Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.

Are your products safe?
Yes! All items are tested for home use and designed to be safe and effective. If you have any concerns, contact support@thecasualpanic.com before use.


Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

Can I return an item?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days. Most items should be unused and in original condition.

I received a faulty or incorrect item.
Email support@thecasualpanic.com with photos of the item and your order details. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, and cover any return shipping if needed.

Do my items ship together?
Sometimes your order comes from different suppliers or warehouses. That means your items may arrive separately. Don’t worry — it’s normal! You’ll get tracking info for each package, and we promise everything will reach you safely.

Our products are carefully selected from suppliers we trust to provide quality, comfort, and reliability.
